Inquiries and written agreements
An inquiry is free, is not an order, and creates no obligation to buy. Work begins only after both parties accept a written proposal or service agreement and meet its start conditions. The agreement identifies deliverables, revisions, exclusions, estimated timing, fees, and expressly agreed differences from these terms. Mandatory legal rights always prevail.
Pricing and scope
Advertised prices are starting estimates in USD, not automatic charges. Domain registration, hosting, business email, paid software, usage fees, and applicable taxes are separate unless included in writing. You supply approved text and images unless content creation is included. Extra pages, integrations, or other out-of-scope work require written approval of cost and timing before work begins.
Payments
Unless your accepted proposal specifies otherwise, website projects are invoiced 50% after agreement and 50% after approval of agreed deliverables, before public launch or final handover. Invoices are due within 7 calendar days. Initial payments are credited toward the project, not automatically non-refundable. The inquiry form does not collect payments or authorize card charges.
Cancellation and refunds
Either party may cancel by written notice. Final accounting covers documented completed work at milestone values agreed before the project begins, plus client-authorized non-cancellable third-party costs. Any unearned balance is refunded within 14 calendar days after final accounting; no additional cancellation penalty applies. The project agreement identifies deliverables available upon cancellation and payment.
Collaboration, review, and launch
You are responsible for accurate business claims, permissions for supplied materials, timely content, and consolidated feedback from a designated approver. Share account access through an agreed secure channel, not the inquiry form. Timing depends on scope, materials, approvals, and third-party availability; changes will be communicated.
You receive an opportunity to review the work. Your agreement defines review periods, acceptance, and included corrections. Silence alone is not launch approval. Public launch requires your approval and completion of agreed payment and handover conditions.
Ownership and third-party services
Your agreement states which deliverables and usage rights transfer after payment, what files or access are included, and any platform portability limits. Existing tools, fonts, stock assets, open-source components, and third-party platforms remain subject to their own licenses and terms. Portfolio use of your name, logo, screenshots, or results requires written permission.
Optional Website Care
Care is separately agreed, month-to-month, paid in advance, with no minimum term or automatic enrollment. The standard package includes up to one hour of content edits per month, routine link and form checks, basic site-health review, and email support. Unused editing time does not roll over. Extra work is quoted separately.
Cancel by emailing info@motiveops.ai before the next billing period. Service continues through the paid period; any renewal charge after timely cancellation is refunded. Billing dates and payment methods are disclosed before enrollment. Care does not include a new website, continuous monitoring, 24-hour support, ongoing SEO campaigns, or custom automation unless agreed. Growth includes 30 days of launch-related bug fixes within the agreed scope, not unlimited new features.
Outcomes and questions
We do not guarantee search rankings, traffic, leads, revenue, or uninterrupted third-party services. Confidentiality, access permissions, and any sensitive-data integrations must be addressed in the project agreement before that work begins. These terms do not remove rights or remedies available under applicable law.
